Senior /Mechanical Design Engineer

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in tooling / automation design
• Strong background in technical calculations
• Able to work in a group and independently
• Experienced in backend semiconductor equipment design, preferably in trim & form and high speed test / inspection handler
• Posses hands-on experience in mechanical systems debugging and troubleshooting
• Have strong interest in mechanisms design

Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects in accordance to customer’s requirements within the required lead-time and allocated budget
• Come up with designs from concept to detailed drawings and constantly improving existing designs
• Follow up on progress of assigned projects in various stages to ensure that projects are according to plan
• Actively participate in equipment debugging stage
• Work with different and cooperate with different departments in order to meet projects objectives.

Senior Control Engineer

Requirements:
• Bachelor / Master of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
• Indepth knowledge on Machine Electrical Design and Safety Standard .
• Indepth knowledge on Control System Design, especially Servo and Stepper Motor application.
• Indepth knowledge on Machine Control Programming and application of Programmable Logic Control(PLC).
• Knowledge on Vision System and Laser Marking System will be an added advantage.
• 3 years of experience working in all stages of equipment development.
• Proactive and work effectively under pressure.
• Good personal time management.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
• Research, Experiment, Develop, Implement and Maintain the standard processes, platforms, documentation and training material.
• Provide in house training for new engineers and other CSD engineers.
• Provide technical assistance & consultation to CSD engineers who face problems in their projects.
• Participate in review activities organized by CSD Engineers. Emphasis is given to discover defects when the design is being presented.
• Perform wiring vendor selection & evaluation.

Control Engineer

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
• Knowledge on Machine Electrical Design and Safety Standard.
• Knowledge on Control System Design, especially Servo and Stepper Motor application will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on Machine Control Programming , application of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) or Think & Do Software will be an added advantage
• Those with experience working in all stages of equipment development are encourage to apply.
• Proactive and work effectively under pressure.
• Good personal time management.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
• Perform design of electrical & control system for a given prototype project. Emphasis will be given to control system.
• Conduct component selection in a systematic & scientific manner in order to achieve the objectives of cost effective, high performance & reliability.
• Perform analysis, design, code and debug PLC-Based system for each assigned prototype project.
• Participate in the commissioning of equipment for each assigned prototype project.

Service Engineer

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / Physics / Mechatronics.
• Individual with Higher Diploma, a 4-5 years of working experience in the similar field is required.
• Knowledge on PLC and wiring design will serve as an value added attributes to the individual.
• Willing to travel.
• Good personal time management.

Responsibilities:
• Involve in the setup, commission and support for both local & oversea equipment.
• Provide the first line of support in the area of troubleshooting & maintenance for equipment running in customer's site.
• Monitor the wiring activities done by vendors to ensure that the planned schedule is adhered and the wiring quality is preserved.
• Perform servo motor tuning & performance tact up of the servo control system.
• Conduct wiring quality & device functional check after the wiring job is completed.
