VI 500
The VI500 is a high-speed, six-side vision inspection system for small parts, made of plastic or metal. Coming from a vibrator bowl input, parts are presented to the vision system on a specially treated glass carrier and sorted into bins.
The VI500 can handle parts up to a size of 65 x 50 mm. Depending on the size and geometry of the parts the maximum speed is at 50,000 UPH. The VI500 is designed for fast conversion and is delivered including the complete vision system.
